As an experienced project partner, we have already supported numerous companies from a wide range of industries with projects large and small, from initial idea to new product. This has led to a number of innovative solutions made from recycled plastics, suitable for a wide range of applications. In the case of Hanit, you can rely not only on sustainable 100% recycled plastic material, but also on resource-friendly and innovative production. At the HAHN Group, we develop and produce everything in-house. This is important to us because it allows us to control and manage the entire production process, from raw material selection to the finished product. Maximum quality is guaranteed throughout the process.

We will sit down with you and develop new products from scratch specifically for your project. Of course, they can also be exclusively distributed and marketed under your name and brand if you wish.

They analyse what is required with you and work out the best solution, taking into account your experiences and wishes from the start. With our development team, you are in excellent hands, as it is made up of skilled experts in many sectors and applications. During the design process, our experts will work closely with you to develop a concept that meets your needs. We will also review and compare alternative approaches to find the ideal result for you.
DEVELOPMENT AND DESIGN
A perfect match between what customers want and what they are used to. Our design colleagues know how to best match the individual requirements of the customer with the technical specifications of our recycled plastics. Based on a detailed needs analysis and taking into account all key parameters, we create high quality specialised products that provide the ideal solution for the intended application. In the design phase, we use cutting-edge technologies in SolidWorks CAD.
FEASIBILITY STUDY AND STATIC CALCULATIONS
If you wish, we would be happy to explore possible approaches to your product development as part of a feasibility study. We analyse the technical and economic feasibility of your project to assess the prospects for success and identify potential risks. The results show whether the agreed objectives can be achieved under the given framework conditions with the appropriate approach – the best way to avoid bad investments and find the optimal solution.
MOULD AND TOOL MAKING
With our own moulds and tooling, we offer a high quality, consistent production that is guaranteed. Our state-of-the-art machines are highly automated, ensuring maximum precision and repeatability in the manufacture of our hanit products. In addition, our in-house metal-working and electrical workshops, as well as the various assembly lines and packaging facilities, allow us to map all the processing steps right through to the finished product.
PRODUCTION AND LOGISTICS
Our own production facility makes it possible for us to control and manage the entire manufacturing process. This means we are not reliant on external suppliers and can react quickly and take countermeasures when needed. Our production is designed for manual assembly and semi- or fully automated production and also enables products to be reinforced with various steel reinforcements. Besides serial production, we also take responsibility for the entire supply chain.
